In the future, I will continue to work on explaining my ideas more thoroughly. Do I believe in this Truth? Yes, I do. Yes I believe that Truth is always and only the evidence that love exists.
Also, I am thrilled by your idea that Love is connected with physical metabolism and hormones. Thank you also, for recommending The Book of Disquiet. The title makes me think it is something I must read!Ladahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11618091511686562157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6417990198832777665.post-14181238566960267872009-11-29T23:53:45.849-08:002009-11-29T23:53:45.849-08:00I love your blog. You are saying some extraordinarily interesting things here, but I don't think the words love truth soul spirit and light are helping you as they should. They imply other contexts. As you say, to speak of loving oneself implies a psychotherapeutic context. When you speak of Love with a capital L along with soul and spirit, it implies a mystical context - mystics from long ago speaking of their experiences.

But are these words adequate to express what you, Nicole, wanted to express in this post? I am fascinated by what you point to, for example Truth being a fast-moving target. Do you really believe in this Truth with a capital T? And yet something really is a fast-moving target.

"Love without anywhere to go, without purpose, without an outlet for expression, is useless, rendering the soul at first heavy, then inert, and thus invalid." I wonder what that feeling is, what it really means in your life. It may be "psychological" rather than "mystical". It may even be connected with physical metabolism, hormones and so forth.

It is not easy to write with precision about feelings. It takes years of practice, I think. I hope to get there some day, as in "The Book of Disquiet" by Fernando Pessoa (translated from Portuguese).

I wish I could be less clumsy in expressing appreciation. Please forgive.Vincenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18297306807695767580noreply@blogger.com
